Cheryl Manfredi, LCSW has had over 20 years experience working with individuals and couples to help promote healing and growth. As a certified Psychoanalyst and Psychotherapist with four years Post Graduate training in Object Relations Therapy; I believe "Therapy frequently promotes a more deeply experienced sense of self and others through gradual awareness and honesty with ourselves. "Through listening, witnessing, recognizing and understanding our selves, therapy becomes a greenhouse for the self to develop. Self sabotaging behaviors, thoughts, feelings, anxieties and depression can be modified. Issues related to ones past, present and concerns for future in relation self and to others can be understood, reworked and revised so that life is lived less fearfully and experienced more fully over time.
