Ok the hardest part is over! and you are here. Let’s talk about the issues that are causing challenges to your mental health hygiene. That’s right, I did mean hygiene. So often we have been led to believe hygiene was just physical, but far from the contrarily, we need to maintain good mental health habits to maintain good behavioral patterns and sound judgement. You will find this therapeutic alliance to be a “non-Judgement zone.” My clients would describe my approach as insightful, supportive, and challenging. I have been told my therapy sessions are a welcome release to have an opportunity to be heard, grow and closure.
