I am dedicated to helping both adults and children to reach their best adaptive functioning when facing issues of emotional distress. I assist my clients in gaining an understanding of one's underlying conflicts through cognitive and psychoanalytical therapy. Promoting healthier personal relationships, increased self esteem, and better coping skills for my clients is my goal. View 6 Photos I have held my license to practice in Colorado since 1988. I have experience working with adults, couples and children. With children, I use play therapy techniques. For adults and children, in addition to talking therapy, I also utilize Sandplay therapy, which is a sensory therapeutic experience.
