While everyone’s journey through life is unique, we ultimately all want the same thing…We ALL want to be happy. Unfortunately, happiness doesn't always come easily. Our journey is full of challenges that we have to overcome in order to get back to being happy. We experience sadness and loss. We fall completely in love only to suffer heart break. Some of us go through traumatic events such as combat or a devastating accident. These situations and many more cause us to develop feelings of fear, sadness and frustration which we do our best to manage, but typically do so in an unhealthy and maladapted way.
