About
I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, addiction-related concerns, relationships, trauma & difficult life transitions. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life, with a focus on building resilience and self-understanding during challenging times. I’m especially drawn to working with people carrying complex stressors such as caregiving, loss, or major life changes. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and allows space for honesty and appropriate humor. Outside the therapy room, I’m a mother to a child with special needs, recently adopted a goldendoodle, and value community and connection. I offer a supportive, practical approach focused on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening self-understanding. I work collaboratively with clients to reduce distress, navigate complex life stressors, and move toward greater stability, confidence, and resilience.
