Are you looking for warm and accepting help to address difficult issues like chronic anxiety, depression, trauma, major health issues or adjusting to significant life changes? I practice holistic, trauma-informed care to help people feel understood and validated while providing tools to talk about and cope with areas of distress in their lives. Many of my clients have a history of trauma that has led to the development of addictions, eating disorders, distrust of others, poor self-esteem and relationship issues. I also work with people to adapt to chronic or acute health issues, terminal illness or other grief and loss issues.
