With over 37 years of experience I am committed to walking alongside people and helping them reach the place they want to be. That may be to experience less anxiety, worry or depression. Maybe you have experienced something that has left a deep impact on your life and you are feeling stuck in that painful place. Perhaps you are engaging in behaviors that are creating problems in your life and relationships. Partnering with one another we can work together to make the changes you want so you can move forward with less pain and more enjoyment in life. I will approach our work together from multiple lenses- biological, social and emotional. We all have each of these factors in our lives and they play a part in who we are and how we approach life. These areas are also where we can draw increased insight and strength. Working together in this way we can find the path toward your goals that's right for you.
