We all deserve the opportunity to come home to ourselves. My hope is to provide individuals of all ages with a space to safely explore their inner world. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and that our ability is stronger when we connect with others. I am passionate about assisting people in discovering coping skills that enhance the quality of their life. I enjoy helping people process their emotions and relationships, as well as integrate past experiences with current behaviors in order to gain insight. Healing can happen one conversation at a time.
