As a dedicated child and adolescent therapist, I believe that healing and self-discovery happen through experience, not just conversation. In my practice, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where young minds can explore their emotions and thoughts through various expressive modalities. Utilizing techniques such as drawing, role play, pantomime, storytelling, play therapy, movements, dance, poetry, and music, I help children and adolescents engage with their inner world in a way that feels natural and supportive.
