Hi, My name is Chimela Soublet. I am an LPC, and board approved supervisor. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health & School Counseling. I have worked as both a Mental Health & School Counselor, and in private practice. I use client-centered therapy with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness therapy. I have experience in working with clients in areas of: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, grief issues, relationship issues, and much more. I have worked with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and ages.
