I approach my work from a cognitive/behavioral perspective--I am interested in helping you think about how you think, and to sort through life's complexities to help you achieve your goals. I do not imagine that I know how you should live or think, nor what your goals should be. My job is to help you gain clarity and motivation to move in the direction that you want to go.
