I coach adults with ADHD who feel frustrated by constant distractions, difficulty finishing tasks, and an overwhelming sense of disorganization. My clients need support in managing time, staying motivated, and regulating emotions. Their goals are often to feel more in control, tap into their strengths, and accomplish what's meaningful to them: career success, stronger relationships, and/or personal growth. My clients range in age from 18-80 years old, are students and professionals (entrepreneurs and executives too!), and include people who are single, have partners and those with and without kids.
