Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Doctoral Candidate based in Florida. For more than 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral struggles, or family stress. I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My counseling style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative—we’ll work together at your pace to find practical strategies for relief and long-term growth. Along with my training in Mental Health Counseling, I also have advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis, which means I can blend evidence-based techniques with a caring, individualized approach. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make positive changes.
