I offer modern relationship counseling with a prevention-first approach — helping couples and individuals build emotionally secure, resilient relationships designed to last. My specialties include Relationship Counseling, Marriage Counseling, Premarital Counseling, Sex Therapy, and Divorce Counseling. Couples come to me for support with communication, emotional and physical intimacy, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. Individuals work with me to deepen self-trust, self-compassion, and clarity in relationships. I am a Double Board-Certified therapist with 10+ years of experience, holding two Master’s in psychology.
