I specialize in trauma, ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety and disordered eating. I also work with concerns related to self-criticism, body image, attachment, and identity exploration. I'm excited to help people make sense of their past and move forward in a healthy way. I’m passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals who were diagnosed later in life and are looking for ways to learn about or cope with their diagnosis. More generally, I work with individuals age 14+ and am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider.
