I strive to create a compassionate, welcoming space where healing can unfold at your own pace. As an authentic and intentional counselor, I share space with children, families, and individuals as they grow toward greater honesty, connection, and self-understanding. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and able to show up exactly as you are: without pressure to perform, please others, or have everything figured out. I work with children, preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment concerns, behavioral challenges, loss, and the complexities of being human.
