Hi, I’m Carla, a Holistic Psychotherapist and founder of Choose You Therapy. I provide integrative, culturally responsive care for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My work looks beyond symptoms to honor the full picture of your lived experience, incorporating both traditional therapy and holistic practices when supportive. This is a space where your story is respected, your strengths are valued, and care is shaped around you. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with integrative practices, drawing from my training in ADHD support, trauma-informed care, sound healing, Reiki, integrative nutrition, somatic therapy and breathwork when supportive.
