Hi! My name is Chris & I am so happy that you’re here! I am here to support you in working through whatever challenges you may be facing and I principally do this by exploring how your past shapes your present experience. My approach is integrative but often lean on psychodynamic training to lead treatment. That being said, I am always mindful of the client’s needs and adjust accordingly. I specialize in working with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression and OCD. These issues can be debilitating for many individuals & I take pride in having the opportunity to help alleviate their weight to the best of my ability.
