I have over twelve years of clinical experience working with people overcoming addictions, empowering individuals to reduce stress and anxiety and uplifting those suffering from depression and low self-esteem. I work with a wide-ranging population of adults from college students to older retired people. I provide culturally sensitive services specializing in helping the LGBT population. I can assist those who are questioning their purpose in life, their career and their relationships. I have been providing professional counseling services for over a decade. My focus is to establish a welcoming therapeutic environment that fosters the ability for individuals to create the change that will help improve the quality of their life. I utilize a strength-based, humanistic approach by incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques in therapy.
