I take a collaborative approach to therapy through which I assist you as you raise your self-awareness, build on your strengths, and cultivate authenticity in your life. We will explore all aspects of what is influencing your well-being including your thoughts, feelings, relationships, societal and institutional influences, and your place in the natural world. My primary goal is to create a safe and accepting environment where you can fully express yourself, take emotional risks, and reach your full potential. All worldviews are welcome in my office.
