I work with people seeking positive change in their lives. You can feel better! It is possible to get significant, long-term relief from past trauma and relationship issues. Many of my clients engage in "deep work" meaning they look at their past and connect the dots in terms of how their beliefs and experiences might continue to be repeated. This begins the process of living consciously-awake to patterns that no longer serve and engaged in actively listening for what is now right or congruent with what is actually true inside.
