Welcome! I commend you for having the courage to seek support to make something better in your life. I've found that it can make a life-changing difference to feel heard, understood, and empowered as we face fears, painful circumstances, and daunting challenges all while pursuing our greatest hopes. I tend to help my clients with issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues and major life transitions. I also want to help expand access to counseling so I partner with organizations that allow me to accept multiple insurance plans.
