I am a licensed clinical social work psychotherapist in MA, NJ, NY, and RI, and recognized as a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. I provide individual psychotherapy via Telehealth across these states. With over 25 years of clinical experience, I offer evidence-based care grounded in dignity and respect, honoring the inherent strengths and resilience of each individual. In addition to my clinical training, I am also a trained yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor. I work with adults and adolescents (14+), integrating these practices into a compassionate, holistic, and integrated model of care.
