All of us experience sadness, disappointment and disconnection at times. We need to be heard and feel seen compassionately and without judgement.This is the truth of being human. All emotions have a purpose ,learning this and accepting ourselves and emotions as they are , is essential part of therapy. I value and fully believe we all have the ansewer with in us, yet it’s hard to find it alone. I help my clients navigate through their inner experience, learn how to cope, and process emotions.
