I have extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, licensed since 2005. My approach is grounded in empathy, fostering a deep understanding of the unique experiences and needs of neurodivergent individuals. I am passionate about helping my clients gain a greater understanding of their own emotions, experiences, and needs. Through this process, I collaborate with each individual to develop personalized strategies that address challenges such as social interactions, anxiety, sensory needs and masking. My goal is to improve social interactions and overall well-being, both at home and in the workplace.
