I'm happy you're here. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have worked with young adults, college students, adolescents, preteens and parents for over 20 years. I have successfully worked with my clients to address a wide range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, school issues, coping skills and stress management. My approach is strength and solution based and relational in style. I believe wholeheartedly in building connections with my clients through compassion and care first and then working together to reach goals, solutions and emotional well being. My previous work as a school adjustment counselor has provided me with extensive experience with learning disabilities, IEP's, 504's and helping your child and you navigate the education experience. I also understand the unique challenges that exist for teachers in today's world of education and I truly enjoy working with them.
