I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who has been providing therapy and counseling services for 15 years. I have felt honored to be a witness to the growth, change, and healing that can occur in an individual or family's life through the therapy process. I aim to help people be healthier and happier in their lives and relationships. I have been trained in and utilized a variety of evidence based therapy modalities (EMDR, PCIT, play therapy, TF-CBT, and MDFT). I have experience working with a broad range of challenges with young children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. When working with youth, I work closely with parents/caregivers to enhance the connection/relationships.
