I believe in creating a laid-back and welcoming environment where you and I can discuss whatever your reason for coming in comfortably, confidentially, and professionally. I have training and experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, and other diagnoses and life stressors. I work with teens, young adults, and adults to tailor treatment goals based off individual needs. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing social work for over 20 years. I am client centered and have training in a variety of evidence based practices to help meet your goals.
