I offer outpatient therapy for both individuals and couples. Utilizing person-centered techniques through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, EMDR and reality therapy for those struggling with interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, grief and bereavement, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other emotional stress conditions.
