I provide telehealth services in all of Maryland. I know it can feel scary to start therapy. My role is to support you with care and compassion as you take this step forward to emotional wellness. I use a body–mind approach to wellness, blending evidence-based therapies with integrative practices. My training includes EMDR (EMDRIA-approved), Nutritional and Integrative Medicine, Trauma and Shame, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT).
