Feeling overwhelmed by stress, weighed down by anxiety or depression, or struggling with painful relationship patterns. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children who may be coping with trauma, addictions, or conflict at home and school. Children I support often face big emotions, school pressures, or family struggles and need a safe place to feel understood. Parents may feel exhausted, unsure how to set boundaries or connect with their child, while couples and families may feel stuck in cycles of conflict. Fundamentally, my clients seek relief, stronger bonds, practical tools to feel more balanced, and confident.
