I offer strengths-based counseling for people 18+ years old who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, relationship problems, difficult transitions, and general life questions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to a client's needs: I use ideas and tools from ACT, interpersonal therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based CBT, and systems and other therapies.
