My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and focused on supporting individuals and families through recovery, growth, and reconnection. I work with clients impacted by substance use, trauma, and major life transitions—helping them build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and restore trust in themselves and others. I have a particular passion for working with women navigating identity, self-worth, and empowerment, as well as families seeking reunification after separation.
