Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or maybe just dissatisfied with your relationships? I work with clients using a strengths-based and client-centered approach that builds upon a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support my clients through their challenges by actively listening and partnering with them to problem solve and achieve their goals. I use evidence-based interventions, such as CBT and EMDR. I encourage clients to explore the patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that are getting in the way and keeping them from living to their full potential and having fulfilling relationships.
