I am a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems therapist, integrating its transformative, parts-based approach to help clients heal and grow. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that views the psychological system as made of different “parts,” each with unique roles, feelings, and beliefs. These parts often take on extreme roles in response to trauma or life experiences. IFS sees all parts as having positive intentions, even if their methods are unhelpful.
