When people seek therapy, they are often uncertain, hurt, exhausted, and feel defeated. Each person possesses the strengths necessary to overcome any problem, but sometimes need some help learning how to use and recognize them. If you've ever found yourself with the need to numb your life or emotions, I welcome you to consider a change through judgement-free and supportive attachment-based therapy. My passion is helping people impacted by addiction, substance use, porn misuse, low self-esteem, or trauma rebuild their lives. I also offer clinical supervision to associate-licensed social workers.
