There are a lot of joys that can be found in today's world, but sometimes those joys are clouded by the troubles that arise throughout our lives. These troubles have a way of remaining with us, and much of this collected "baggage" can suffocate our joy beneath a mountain of struggle, regret, and hardship. As a therapist, I try to be the kind of person that helps others reconnect to the joy in their life and find true happiness once more. My objective is to assist my clients get back in sync, and not feel stuck in the clouds.
