I am here to help explore issues related to irritability, anger, low mood, lack of motivation, self-harm, and/or aggression. I have experience working intensively with families, couples, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood, substance use, family conflict, school behaviors, aggression and/or behavioral issues.
