My integrative and invitational approach circles in on your stressors, symptoms, and struggles in context, with attention to root causes, unmet needs, and regenerative solutions. Sessions hold space for rest, reflection, and resources that resonate with how you want to heal and harmonize in body, mind, and relationships. Directed by your experience, I aim to collaborate with you to personalize mind-body-relationship concepts and practices grounded in psychodynamic, somatic, and relational therapies. I also draw inspiration from mutual aid with survivor-led communities and over a decade of teaching therapeutic yoga full time in NYC.
