With a background as both a licensed therapist and certified coach, I now bring all of that training and experience into one holistic offering. My main focus is working with women and queer folx who struggle with stress and anxiety. I love supporting those on a path of wholeness, authenticity, personal and spiritual growth, and living a life that feels aligned with your true self. It’s a path for those who simply want more out of life and are motivated to figure out how to attain it. This could mean more fulfillment with work, more satisfaction in relationships with self or others, or having more ease and balance in your life.
