I will help you gain a better understanding of your experience, a deeper connection to yourself and others, and clarity about your values and beliefs. I will guide you toward the rich life and meaningful relationships you want and deserve. I work with all kinds of clients in all kinds of configurations. I meet with individuals, couples, and families, and I like to work with clients across time. I will offer you support as your life unfolds. I am eager to have conversations with individuals, couples, and families as they sort through complicated feelings, try out new ways of being, or just get to be vulnerable for a bit. I am especially interested in working with clients and families living with chronic illness. My first career was as an RN and I have personal experience with chronic illness.
