I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Santa Clara, CA, committed to helping children, teens, and families find healing, connection, and growth. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, whether a child is struggling with big emotions, a teen is facing stress or change, or a parent is feeling unsure or stuck. In my practice, I provide a warm and supportive space to work through concerns such as behavioral challenges, anger, anxiety, depression, and parenting difficulties. I collaborate closely with families to build understanding, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I have extensive experience working with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum, as well as supporting their families. I take a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps clients build skills, increase confidence, and navigate challenges in everyday life.
