No one likes change; however, it is an inevitable part of life. Some changes we choose, like getting married or becoming parents; some are natural, like moving out of childhood homes or losing a loved one; and some happen to us, like abuse or trauma. All of these changes, “good” or “bad,” can come with the additional challenges of anxiety, depression, and grief. These are completely normal experiences, but they are extremely confusing at times. I find it an honor to walk alongside my clients going through life changes or finding their way on the other side. Together, we can process how you are thinking and feeling about these change
