My mission is to help you on your way to mental health wellness, by providing you with a safe, nonjudgmental and comfortable atmosphere. I want to empower you to become the boss of you and your emotions. I'll teach you coping skills to decrease your depression and reframe negative and irrational thoughts. I have years of experience working with persons of all ages, but mostly with children, adolescents and families. I'm committed to providing you with compassion, hope and healing as well as empathy, positive regard and encouragement throughout your journey to being more mentally healthy.
