I enjoy working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, OCD, or eating concerns(eating disorder, disordered eating, or body image) that might be impacting their life and the things that are important to them. Often times these struggles cause individuals to feel paralyzed in making change and leads to not feeling understood. My hope is to create more understanding as to how these challenges might have been functioning for you, and to try and create paths that lead to less suffering. I tend to take a more active approach, and enjoy working alongside individuals in finding ways to get unstuck and more engaged in life
