I am currently not accepting new clients. I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I provide a safe and accepting place for you to heal, build resiliency, and begin to feel like yourself again. I pride myself in being non-judgmental. I am experienced in PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and stress management. I offer a wide range of proven interventions in the healing of trauma including EMDR and IFS parts work. My ideal client is one who has experienced complex childhood trauma through abuse or neglect that other interventions have not helped. I incorporate an integrated approach that includes being trauma-informed, person-centered, open-minded, and non-judgmental. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified therapist and Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained.
