I specialize in working with adults who identify as gifted, autistic, ADHD, and multi-exceptional, especially those experiencing burnout. I know from experience how difficult it can be to find a therapist that understands, supports, and centers your unique ways of experiencing the world. I support people struggling with substance use, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, family relationships, and more; I welcome all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize evidence-based tools, and I am Level One certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye movement therapy. I am trained in IFS, and in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My practice offers myriad evidence-based treatments, and my approach is deeply grounded in empathy and humanism. I never shame or judge anyone for their journey. I value, welcome, and advocate for all neurotypes, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
