About
Do you feel like life’s challenges keep repeating themselves, as if they’re trying to tell you something? Maybe you’re navigating conflicts, relational struggles, or an overwhelming sense of disconnection, and you’re wondering why these patterns persist. What if these difficulties aren’t random, but instead a call from a deeper part of yourself urging you to reflect and reconnect? Together, we can explore these messages, honor their meaning, and help you find clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of direction. I believe that healing begins in a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll uncover the origins of your struggles and build pathways to growth. My work is informed by a deep understanding of human behavior in social, emotional, and systemic contexts. I specialize in trauma-informed care, attachment and relational health, and Compassionate Inquiry-informed care to help explore unconscious beliefs shaping emotions.
