I am Christina Garrett, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience in individual, family, and group therapy. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas, my Master of Education from American Intercontinental University, and my Master of Counseling with a specialty in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have experience working with clients with various mental health disorders, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and adjustment disorders. I have worked with all populations, I primarily work with children View 5 Photos Utilizing play therapy techniques, as well as cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies, I believe that clients can be empowered to use all life experiences to create a brighter, better reality and live to their fullest potential.
