I'm a licensed social worker with a passion for guiding individuals, couples, and teenagers through life's inevitable twists and turns. With a warm heart and empathetic approach, I'm here to support you as you navigate the challenges of job changes, health crises like a cancer diagnosis, or any other transition that life throws your way. Using an integrative approach, bringing together the deep, transformative insights of Eastern traditions, particularly Buddhist philosophy, with evidence-based Western psychological practices, we'll uncover the strengths you posses to navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and grace. I bring a depth of understanding and a toolbox of techniques to our sessions and firmly believe that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness practices , adapted to suit your preferences and goals. I also incorporate my certified therapy dog, Stevie into session when appropriate!
